You are looking at a vintage golf instructor pocket reference guide it is laminated in extremely good condition. I believe it was given away as a complementary item by a company called Cliff Berry probably for a golf tournament 35 years ago. This one is 1982 printed date for a copyrighted.

It has a red binder spiral. It has every suggestion from your drive long iron pitch uphill, sidehill problems, and also a tips page.

There is one small bend in the upper right corner of the cover that does not attract from the quality . Please see the pictures.
