Brand new never used. This is the rare blue handle set of pliers. There are small storage marks around the head as you can see in the photos. Nothing crazy nor anything that would impact performance, but I strive to accurately describe the items I sell. If you want a totally mint set find something else. If you want a set that is in good usable condition, these are the ones for you. These do have the blue handles
