All items are located locally in Australia and will be dispatched within 1-2 business days (weekend and public holidays are not included) after the payment has been cleared. All sold items are sent via Australian postage services. Delivery within Australia is usually within 3-5 business days

Returns

30 days money back, buyer pays for return postage, if your returned item is damaged or you’ve simply changed your mind, it may not be too late for a refund or repair/replacement. To see if you are eligible please check below.

1. Please notify us within 30 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return
2. The item must then be returned within 7 days, please contact us for a return procedure first
3. Please contact us first to fix the problem before leaving a negative feedback, we will help you as much as possible if you are not happy with your item

Payment

Payment will be completed within 7 days of closing of sale. If any reason you cannot pay within this time frame, please contact us immediately

Warranty

1. There is 90 days warranty on all items, please contact us if there an issue with your item that you would like to return under warranty which we can repair or replace at our cost
2. Return postage for warranty returns will be paid by buyer
3. Warranty cover does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorized by MojoShopee to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance)
