How to personalise:

• Before checking out, please enter all your details in the box provided in the listing, if you do not enter anything, your order will come through with no details and I will have to contact you for the details, delaying your order being processed. 
• Please include all text to be printed onto the stickers including any sample text I might have used such as; 'thank you for coming' if you do not enter this, i will not print it.
• If you have not sent your details at the time of ordering, I will contact you to ask for the them when I process your order.
• If no details are received within 2 working days I will cancel the order as Ebay will penalise my account for late dispatch.

Returns:

Due to ebay's terms I have to accept returns but this does not apply to personalised goods. 

I do not accept returns, under the distance selling regulations within the UK, personalised and custom goods are exempt.
Please do not attempt to open a return unless your order is damaged upon arrival, photo proof will be required so I can claim through Royal Mail.
