This pretty lightweight dress is from Ava & Viv.  It has a full length back zipper. The rayon fabric has a tiny pattern that I tried to show in the last picture (or the pictures of the hem detail show it too). There is ladder lace as well as a scalloped border at the hem. 

The approximate measurements are:

3X: 40" long and 28" across at the armpits

4X: 41" long and 30" across at the armpits
