GAK CONTAINER
The item pictured is a Vintage Ultra Rare Prototype Nickelodeon Mattel SOLAR GAK Splat Compound Container
Story goes something like this...when Mattel was exploring ways to offer a "unique" packaging look for its Solar Gak, they experimented with a multicolor vacuum metalized finish...ultimately settling with a plain black container instead.
Note: This item never went into production and never held Gak (and does not have anything in it). You can still see glue spots on the back where it was mounted for presentation purposes.
