The box is rectangular with warm brown wood tones and contrasting lighter inlaid scrollwork. The interior is plain wood, suitable for jewellery, keepsakes, or desk storage.

Condition:

Pre-owned vintage condition. The lid has come away from the hinge, as shown in the photos. The hinge is present but detached. There are surface marks, light scratches, and areas of age-related wear to the exterior and interior, consistent with use. The inlay remains largely intact with some small marks visible on close inspection.
