Large and heavy bracket clock sold for restoration or parts. Weighs around 10kg and the case is 18" high by 11" wide by 8"deep. There is no makes name. A msall plaque on the back is inscribed 'Depose'
The case is wood with carved moldings and side panels. It is mostly in good condition. The front door is hinged and opens OK. The hinges look like replacements. The back door is missing its key
The dial is engraved and has some fading of the numerals
The movement does not run, and I dont know if it's repairable. The springs seem OK, but are fully wound. It looks as if it is missing a hammer, and the chiming mechanism does not work properly and may be incomplete. There is no pendulum, and there are no hands.
The movement is attached to a falseplate which bolts into the front of the case. One of the bolts is missing
