- To Get Slices: Please bake it soft before slicing. (FYR: To soft American Ginseng, Red Ginseng, Maca, bake under 248-302℉ for about 2-5 min. Notoginseng, Gastrodia, 3-5min.) If you have no idea of how to operate this cutting machine, please refer to the video.
- To Get Powder: Cut it directly and then grind it.
