Inner Constructs — Limited Edition A4 Fine Art Print

This work is part of Inner Constructs, a limited edition A4 series by Dutch visual artist Ramon van Geest.
The series explores internal systems rather than external narratives. Fragmented figures, architectural forms, mechanical anatomies and symbolic structures are assembled into quiet, tense compositions. The works feel diagrammatic rather than illustrative, as if documenting an internal logic that cannot fully be explained.
Each image originates from hand-drawn and hand-cut collage elements. The process is physical, intuitive, and layered. Forms are constructed, dismantled, and reassembled until the composition reaches a state of structural balance. Color functions as a signal, not decoration. Space is treated as a system rather than a background.
These works are not autobiographical illustrations but controlled investigations into perception and structure. They are controlled investigations into perception, construction, and the tension between body and system.
