  • Used - Good: Minor signs of use, functions normally.

  • Used - Acceptable: Visible signs of use, but all described functions work.

  • For Parts or Repair: Will be clearly marked as non-working or for repair purposes.

5. Communication & Customer Service

• Response Time: We strive to respond to all inquiries and messages within 24 hours (on business days).

• Issue Resolution: We believe in "Customer First." If you are dissatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us first. We will actively seek a fair and prompt solution. We hope to avoid unnecessary disputes or negative feedback.

6. Negative Feedback & Dispute Handling
