This is an awesome pre-owned Myler Toklat Stainless Steel Eggbutt with Hooks with a Mullen Barrel Low Port (MB 04, Level 2-3) Copper Inlay mouthpiece.  The bit has stainless steel 3 inch by 2-1/4 inch Eggbutt Dee cheeks with a stainless steel MB06 comfort bushing mouthpiece that measures 5 inches wide with 3/8 inch diameter bars shaped in a pronounced curve to promote comfortable swallowing.  The bit is in very good condition with some minor surface scuffs on the mouthpiece and dee rings.

The Myler Bitting System is a graduated system, meaning that as your horse learns and progresses through his training, you will change the way you communicate with him by re-bitting him periodically.  Each Myler Bit is designed to use select pressure points for the best communication for that level.

The Myler Level 2-3 Eggbutt is great for horses who have just begun to learn more advanced training, are learning to collect gaits, transitions, and obedience, and have begun to "break at the poll".  This is a very comfortable bit for the horse due to its ergonomic curvature design.  The unique curved bars of all Myler bits are ergonomically designed to accommodate the natural anatomy of the horse's mouth, wrapping the bars and lips instead of pinching as the mouthpiece rotates onto the tongue.   This curved design also provides significantly more space for the horse's tongue underneath the bit, allowing the horse to comfortable swallow when the reins are not engaged and this bit features the independent side movement unique to Myler bits!
