Shipping processing time is 10 business days.
Shipping carrier would be either UPS, DHL, Japan Post.
We cannot answer the question "When will the item be shipped".
If you return the item, you have 60 days to return it.
Please contact us before opening a case. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
If you find any problem or defect with our product, please feel free to contact us within 1 week of receiving the product. We will take 24 hours to answer your question.
We only accept returns for unopened and undamaged items.
You are deemed to have accepted these terms when you purchase items.
International Buyers - Please Note:
Import Tax will be charged.
We will not accept any complaints regarding this matter and will report the issue immediately.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
