This item is in good used condition, with no stains or odors.  The elastic has worn out over the years, but it is still functional.  One of the pocket seams is coming away from the backer a bit.  The dowel rod for the back is missing, can be easily replaced, and there is a small tear on the back where the dowel goes in.  All flaws are highlighted in pictures.  Approximately 27" long and 22" wide.
