3. There is also a SAS port, which supports connecting other cages in series, multiple in series, and one card can support more than 100 hard disks, which is very convenient~

 

Many friends are not very clear about whether it is 6Gb or 12Gb. Here is a brief explanation:

The maximum speed of 6Gb runs to about 2.2G/s.

12Gb runs up to about 4.5G/s.

If there are 12 mechanical hard disks, the speed of the mechanical disk is 180M/s (a better disk). When all 12 hard disks are stacked at full speed, 12 * 180M = 2.16G/s 6Gb bandwidth bottleneck is sufficient.

Ditto, if you use an SSD hard drive, then 6Gb is enough, depending on how many hard drives you have.
