This unit is in good shape, it has been loaded with Linux Mint 22.1 and LibreOffice 24.2.7.2. Windows is not on this unit. It comes pre-loaded with Google Chrome and FireFox. The battery does NOT hold a charge, but the unit works when plugged in and the charger is included. This unit has a time and date error when it is turned on but you can hit the"esc" key and the unit will boot, see photos. There is a piece of plastic missing on the inside hinge piece, see photos. The red trackball is missing, see photos. The touchpad, keyboards, and trackpad work fine. There are scuffs, scratches, and scrapes from normal use. There may be sticker, paint, or marker residue on the unit. I have tested all of the USB ports, the web camera, DVD player, and WiFi, and they all work. The battery DOES NOT hold a charge, but the battery is not warrantied. Pictures are of the actual item. This listing comes with the laptop and AC adapter only.
