Based on the position of the screws under the mini bike seat, you can choose a suitable adapte* bracket, place the bracket on the rear fender, and then attach the luggage rack to your minibike. We provide instructions for your reference

- Note: Need to note when installing this rack on CT200U-EX or BT200X: 1. Disassemble the seat by removing the bolts on both sides of the seat; 2. Remove the rear fender bolts with a wrench, place the adapte* bracket on the rear fender, fix it with the fender bolts, place the bracket on the rear of the mini bike, and attach it to the adapte* bracket; 3. Please note that do not tighten the bolts until the rack is fully connected to your mini bike

UPGRQADE CT200U REAR LUGGAGE RACK ASSEMBLY
- The product is fit for CT200U series of mini bikes, CT200U-ex, BT200X.
- This product is equipped with extra bt200x series bracket and ct200u-ex series bracket.
- According to the position of the screws under the mini bike seat, you can choose the appropriate adapter bracket, place the adapter bracket on rear fender and then attach the luggage rack on your mini bike.
INSTALLATION
We offer two installation solutions for CT200U:
- Plan A: Remove the long spacers(NO.7) on the axle, and use washers(NO.8) that when stacked together are shorter than the spacer by the width of the luggage bracket, this will give enough room for axle nut and bracket. (do not remove the axle).
- Plan B: You can place the CT200U on a milk crate to raise the bike off the ground. Position it carefully to keep it stable while you are working on the rear axle. Once positioned and tightened properly this rack along with a couple of bungee cords will allow you to carry extra weight safely and out of the way.
