Ingredients:
Green Tea, Ginger, Hibiscus, Tulsi, Fenugreek, Fennel, Cinnamon, Spearmint
Directions:
Take 1 spoon or 2 grams of loose tea in 200 ml of boiling water and let it rest for 5 minutes. Strain and drink the cup with any of your meals. Consume 2 grams per day on a daily basis.
