I've had this mouse for well over a decade, so it has definitely seen better days. Everything is functional except for the fact that the scroll wheel button can be unresponsive at times.

This mouse has been disassembled multiple times over the years, so part of the label and sticker pads are worn off. All interior parts and cables are included.
