Philippa Riddiford is a contemporary digital artist and printmaker known for her colourful, whimsical, and playful abstract style. She is New Zealand-born but currently based in Melbourne, Australia, where she creates her art.

Background and Career:

Before her transition to fine art, Riddiford had a career in design and fashion. She had a costume jewellery business in the 1990s and worked with designers in New Zealand and Melbourne. In the early 2000s, she shifted to fine art, combining traditional techniques with digital formats to simplify her life and work from home. Her artistic style is described as contemporary, whimsical, colorful, and playful, drawing inspiration from her imagination and experimenting with color and shape.

Notable Achievements:

Two of Riddiford's artworks are part of the National Gallery of Australia collection. Her limited edition prints have been exhibited internationally, including in New York City.
