We stand behind the quality of our cases.

If your case breaks or the colors/design fade through normal wear and tear, we will replace it free of charge.

• Replacement only
• No refunds under the warranty
• Scratches and scuffs are not covered
• Photos of the case and damage are required
• A short video may be requested

Warranty replacements are limited to the same phone model and finish originally purchased.

“Lifetime” refers to the expected life of the product while that item remains available in the Phone Ink catalog.

Because our cases are custom made to order, please carefully select your phone model, case type and finish before purchasing.

We do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect phone model selected by the buyer
• Unwanted designs
• Buyer’s remorse
• Failure to read the listing description

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo or video proof. We will reprint or refund the order as appropriate.

Approved returns may be subject to a $20 restocking fee. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
