Payments:
Payment(s) must be received within 3 business days from the auction end date.
Credit cards are accepted through eBay Payment System.
Sales taxes are automatically collected by eBay based on the state and not by sellers.
We reserve the right to refuse any questionable payments.
Shipping:
We use UPS/FedEx Ground shipping, including insurance, and ship to the 48 contiguous states in the USA.
Merchandise is typically shipped within 1 business day of payment receipt.
We no longer offer international shipping, but customers can utilize eBay's Global Shipping Program.
Warranty:
All store items are guaranteed not to be Dead On Arrival (D.O.A.) for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Factory warranty, if any, is specified in the description; otherwise, it may have expired or is unknown.
Return Policy:
Sales are typically considered final; however, merchandise can be returned for free if it remains unopened.
If the item has been opened or used, a 15% restocking fee will be applied at minimum.
If the merchandise is D.O.A., a full refund, including shipping charges, will be provided if a replacement is not available.
We have observed issues with returned products, including switched contents, missing parts, or incorrect items.
Please note that we maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraudulent activities.
Serial numbers will be provided after purchase; buyers must provide them before returning items.
Packaging:
We are committed to eco-friendly practices and cost-efficiency.
To reduce our environmental footprint and save resources, we typically ship large/big items in their original retail packaging.
If you prefer additional packaging or double packing for added protection, please request it at the time of purchase.
We will be happy to accommodate your special packaging needs upon your request.
