Made in WESTERN GERMANY  decorative wall plate,  "DUCK HUNTERS and DOGS" in relief (raised).  No obvious defects on front.  One small chip on bottom ring.   Some crazing on back.  The three support marks on back are visible, one very noticeable.  Please see closeup photos of this mark.

Plate measures 13 1/8" in diameter.  Has small string loop on back for hanging.  Number 3758 embossed on back.  Technique could be call primitive or "folk" style.
