Pretty sure this Schmidty's was located in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin and that it is no longer in existence (at least at this location). We also recall that the menu is probably from the late 1960's to early 1970's. Look at those prices!!!

In nice vintage condition, but it has been used and there are some marks on the covers and inside (please look at photos). About 11 1/2"x6 1/2".
