  • Return Information:
    • If you receive the incorrect item or the package is damaged due to shipping, you must notify us within 4 days of receipt.  Defective items will be credited only after matching the serial number with the one in our records.  We record ALL serial numbers and any fraudulent activity will not be tolerated.

    • All orders that need to be returned must be securely packaged, insured, and shipped with tracking. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. We carefully inspect all returns upon receipt prior to processing any refunds, credits, or exchanges.

    • If you would like to return your item, please contact us for a free return shipping label.  Defective items will be fully refunded or replaced after matching the serial number with the one in our records.

  • Warranty Information:

    • eBay has partnered with Allstate to include a powerful warranty with every eBay Refurbished product. So you’re covered in the event your item breaks or malfunctions.

    • File a claim with eBay/Allstate with your receipt. The warranty will cover repairs of your item. If the item is not eligible for repair, you will receive a replacement or reimbursement from Allstate.

Shipping
