    I Try to keep shipping as cheap as possible for you the buyer! I have zero control over how USPS handles your mail. Mail gets damaged It happens once in a while. Acting entitled or uncivil will GET YOU blocked!  I suggest talking to your post office.  

Any card over 19.99 will need to go ground which you the buyer pays for.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Order will be cancelled if no communication.
