Parts Grading
A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.
 

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments are processed through eBay. We accept credit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. If payment is not received, an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement.

Part fitment must be verified via VIN prior to shipment.

Items are shipped next day after receiving cleared payment. We ship to US addresses within the continental 48 states. Shipping to AK, HI, PO Box, APO, FPO & US Protectorates: please contact first as we may be able to arrange shipping for an additional charge (depending on the part).

Freight Shipping Notice:
For large freight items (such as Bumper Covers, Radiator Core Supports, Hood, Door Shells, Decklid/Tailgate, Seat Assemblies, Engine or Transmission Assemblies, Loaded Beam Axles, Hybrid Batteries, Windshield/Rear Glass, Engine Blocks, and similar items), delivery must be made to a business/commercial address that:

• Includes a business name

• Has a forklift or loading dock for unloading

• Provides unrestricted 53 ft truck access (no residential streets, gates, or limited entry areas)

If a liftgate service or residential delivery is required, additional carrier fees will apply.

We can also send it to a freight terminal near you.

International orders are shipped via eBay’s Global Shipping Program.

As per eBay policy, delivery attempts are already considered as proof of delivery as the buyer is responsible for the shipment once an attempt or a notice was left to the buyer.

All parts must be returned in their original condition to receive full credit. Details regarding timeframe as well as payment for return shipping are outlined in the return section at the top of each individual eBay listing. Please message us with questions.

In certain conditions 50% deduction could be applied.

All parts come with a standard warranty, please contact us for details prior to ordering. Timeframe is listed within the Warranty section of the listing for each part. Warranty claims must be made with our warranty department, details will be included with the packing slip for each order. Labor and costs associated with part installation are not included in the warranty, parts only.
