Payment & Address
Payment must be completed within 4 days to avoid automatic cancellation. If you need more time, please contact us.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after checkout — any change requests will result in order cancellation and refund.
International Buyers (using forwarding services in Miami, FL / Wilmington, DE, etc.): Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs back to the U.S. No partial refunds will be issued for claims of damage, missing items, or non-delivery if tracking shows the item is delivered. For any refund the order must be returned to Tradeport.
Shipping
Orders ship by the end of the next business day after payment clears. Tracking is uploaded once available.
We ship via standard ground service only; expedited shipping is not available. Carrier selection is made at the time of shipment and cannot be guaranteed upon request.
A Signature may be required for orders over $100. Please monitor tracking for delivery updates.
Returns
We offer
30-day free returns. Return requests beyond 30 days are considered case by case.
Restocking fees may apply for:
- Unwanted returns
- Items returned in different condition
- Inaccurate return reasons
Restocking fee: 5% of item price + original shipping cost (receipt available upon request).
Warranty
We do
not guarantee any manufacturer’s warranty.
For coverage beyond our 30-day return policy,
Allstate offers:
- 2–5 year plans for new items
- 1–2 year plans for refurbished/used items
Plans may be available at checkout or purchased directly from Allstate (proof of purchase required).
