According to the LOFT size chart, size Medium fits a 30.5" waist, or 31.5" 1" below the waist.  Since this belt is braided and without holes, you have a lot of flexibility on the size.  

The leather part of this belt measures 41".  The total length of the belt, including the buckle, is 43".  Belt is approximately 2" wide.
