Air duct that goes behind the lower drivers side trim panel under the steering column. This tube is in good condition, It will need some new foam around the smaller end and need some cleaning. The mounting tabs is split and it's vary common for them to be like that and doesn't effect the function of the tube.  This tube has not been cut out for the small black vent that mounts below the steering column
