In the event of a return due to WRONG PURCHASE or RETURN, it is necessary for the goods to be returned UNUSED, in the same conditions in which they were sent, in the original packaging with all integral parts (if present). Returns for replacement of products of any brand are accepted except for APPLE telephony and IT devices activated by the user. For these products, RETURNS are ACCEPTED EXCLUSIVELY in the case of a DEFECTIVE and/or NON-CONFORMING product for the purposes of replacement and/or repair of the same, as they are subject to activation and registration in the user's name which, once carried out, does not allow us to completely reset the same.
