This is a men's traditional Rinzai sect prayer bead set made with green sandalwood, characterized by its deep green color and calm luster, and accented with beautiful light green Dokusanyaki. Green sandalwood, once known in the West as a remedy for all ailments, is referred to as the “Tree of Life,” and its color and luster deepens with use. The tassel is made from elegant pure silk cord, woven with two colors. It comes with a “Certificate of Craftsmanship” issued by Takita Shoten, a testament to the quality of the Takita Shoten brand. It also includes a tag from the Kyoto Bead Manufacturing Wholesale Cooperative, an honor reserved for traditional “Kyoto Prayer Beads.” This piece has been crafted by a Kyoto bead craftsman using expert techniques.
