I am the original owner, bought this brand new myself in 1994, never a rental. Everything here is in above average condition. The case opens and closes tight with a like new feel and the front and case side is near perfect condition just has some light scuffing on the back, no rips, cracks or broken corners, and the clips that hold the game are both good. The poster has never been fully unfolded. Very minimal wear showing to the cartridge label and contacts as this game was barely used/played. The cartridge has never been opened up. No writing on the manual and no damage to the pages. The only original item missing here is the registration card, but tough to find a much nicer used version of this game.
