Item: Authentic 1925 Austria 10 Groschen copper-nickel coin (KM 2838).
Obverse: Woman of Tyrol bust with “REPUBLIK ÖSTERREICH • H • ZITA”.
Reverse: “10 GROSCHEN” in wreath with date.
Condition Estimate: Fine to Very Fine — moderate wear on raised details, legends and design still clear, no major damage.
Provenance: From my family collection; my grandfather was an antique dealer in Austria, and many European coins in my collection were acquired through his network and business contacts.
Why collectors value it: A nice example of First Austrian Republic coinage; original coinage just after the Schilling currency reintroduction.
