Offered here is an authentic **1964 Kennedy Half Dollar**, a historically significant first-year issue and the only Kennedy half composed of **90% silver**. This coin features the obverse portrait of **President John F. Kennedy**, designed by **Gilroy Roberts**, and the reverse depicting the **Presidential Seal**, created by **Frank Gasparro**, both renowned U.S. Mint engravers.

Struck by the United States Mint in the year following President Kennedy’s assassination, this coin became a national symbol of remembrance. Composed of **90% silver and 10% copper**, it weighs approximately **12.5 grams** and measures **30.6 mm** in diameter. The piece you see here retains a soft silver patina from age and circulation, displaying its journey through American hands over six decades.
