VTG 1930's FOOTE OIL Co Nebraska Kansas Elreco Prod. Celluloid Mechanical Pencil

Advertising reads;  Foote Oil Company  Chester, Neb. - Plamore, Kans. Elreco Products

My research leads me to believe this pencil may be pre-1924 (Elreco was legally forced to change their name due to trademark in 1924 to Eldred Oil), or this was a sample pencil from the early/min 30's, with a fictitious company and city (I can find no evidence of a town Plamore Kansas ever having existed).

Pencil works, and does have some lead in it.

White Celluloid with black printing - gold tone clip and trim

Barrel, Clip and Cap are unmarked (based on extensive catalog research, this appears to be an RL Arnold, but see photos and decide for yourself)
