Shipping:
Shipping and
packaging costs are constantly changing throughout the year, and we must adjust
our prices accordingly. These are a pass-through cost for us, meaning we do not charge/or
keep extra from the shipping costs.
All shipping is
weight-based shipping. Each package is weighed to ensure accurate prices!
We strive to ship
within 1 day of items purchased. In some
situations, shipping may be delayed at the request of the distributor or the quality
of the items we have in stock. We check all items as they come in and are
vigilant of the high-quality standards of our customers.
All orders over
$400 will be shipped with a Signature Required via UPS or FedEx.
We Combine
Shipping:
Items in your cart
should automatically combine, except in cases involving accepted offers.
For orders
containing in-stock items, or if auto-combination fails, please include a note
or message us and request combined shipping.
Packaging Standards:
Comic Books:
Shipped bagged and
boarded, securely packaged in a Gemini mailer with a filler pad for
the best safety of the items.
Graded Books:
Shipped in a
protective bag and shipped in a Gemini Graded Comic Book Shipper. For Graded
books and higher dollar items we ship via UPS or FedEx
Funko:
Shipped in an
oversized box and bubble wrapped. The extra space is filled with packing paper
to ensure the item does not move during transport.
Action
Figures/Toys/Cards:
All items will be
bubble wrapped and packed in over-sized boxes. We use Air packs as well as
packing paper to ensure the safety of the item.
Precious
Metals:
Bullion coins come
in air-tite capsules. Older coins such
as Morgan Dollars/Peace Dollars will come in paper coin flips stapled. Placed
inside plastic bags, then inside a bubble mailer and then placed in a box. We
take extra care in making sure the boxes are not identified as coins and that
the coins do not move/rattle to make a sound while shipping. All precious
metals sold are photographed and catalogued. You will receive photos of the
actual coin you purchased!
Returns:
Returns accepted
within 30 days-money back. All returns must be shipped with original packaging
and in the same condition as you received it. After we receive the return and
inspect the item, ONLY THEN WILL WE ISSUE A FULL REFUND!
All returned precious
metals will be weighed, photographed and tested to authenticate the item before
a refund is initiated.
