It's crafted from genuine Bovine horn with metal fittings at both the mouth and tip
The metal band around the rim features engraved decorative patterns
Historically, such horns were used for drinking beer, wine, or mead during feasts and rituals and were sometimes symbols of status.
The lack of a flat base means the horn cannot be set down until it's empty!!
It measures approximately 8" long.
