Package Explanation

You are purchasing a ship/vehicle upgraded from another ship/vehicle that has lifetime insurance, plus a Star Citizen game access. In the Star Citizen Pledge Store, when a new ship/vehicle appears, that is the only time they are offered with Lifetime Insurance (LTI). Items obtained at this time are known as "Original Concept". To obtain Lifetime Insurance after this period, the item must be upgraded from another Original Concept ship/vehicle; this type of item is also called a "CCUd Ship/Vehicle" and the Original Concept ship/vehicle used for upgrading is called LTI Token. A ship/vehicle upgraded from a LTI is also LTI. And It has no difference from an Original Concept in-game. In current email system, you will see the name of LTI Token when you buy a CCUd ship. But don't worry, you will find the ship you purchased on "My Hangar" page. Please check the images for more information. If there is more question please contact us.

Transaction Workflow

After purchasing, please provide any of your email address.(If you have multiple accounts, please read the "Alert for Multi Accounts Player" section). We transfer product to you through official method called "gifting". After send this item by clicking "gift" button, you will get a gift email from "Roberts Space Industries", the official email. Inside that email, there is a "Claim Gift" button or a link. By clicking the button in gift email, item was transferred to your account. Then you can find your item on "My Hangar" page on RSI website. You may need to go through multiple page to locate this item because items are sort by date.

Alert for Multi Accounts Player

Important: When you click the "Claim Gift" button, the item will be bound to the account currently logged in to your browser, NOT necessarily the account associated with the email address. Please verify that you are logged into the correct RSI account before clicking the link. If the item is claimed by the wrong account, we will be unable to provide any assistance or reversal.

Loaner Matrix for Concept Ship

If the ship/vehicle purchased is in concept (not flyable), you will receive a "Loaner Ship" for in-game use until it becomes flight-ready. For detail, please search "Star Citizen Loaner Matrix"

Dispute Resolution

In-game inventory is a direct reflection of your "My Hangar" page on the RSI website; therefore, if the item appears in your "My Hangar" page, the delivery is considered successful. The RSI website provides a "Hangar Log" to track the entire lifecycle of an item. Should you believe the item received does not match the description, we will rely on the records provided by the Hangar Log for clarification, as it serves as an absolute and impartial record.

You agree that you are responsible for maintaining the privacy of the gift email sent to your provided or eBay-linked email address. Anyone with access to the gift email can claim the item. Since gift emails are dispatched directly by RSI official system, we do not have access to the specific gift links.
