Return policy:

All items sold as Not Defected have the privilege of a 30 day return policy. All items must be returned unused and in the perfect condition. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Damage during shipping must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package. I do not offer partial refund for any reason. If you are happy you can keep the item otherwise you can send the item back for a full refund. Damage claims during shipping after 48 hours of the delivery are not considered and I do not consider returns after 14 days of the delivery.
It's your responsibility to check for damage during shipping within 48 hours of delivery or consider returning the item within 14 days.
