Terms and Conditions for Customers – Sales of New and Used Items on eBay

By purchasing any item from our eBay store, you (“Buyer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to both new and used items listed in our store unless otherwise stated.

1. Product Condition

• New Items are brand new, unused, and unopened in original manufacturer packaging (unless specified otherwise).
• Used Items are pre-owned and sold in the condition described, following grading system:
• Like New, Very Good, Good, Acceptable, or For Parts / Not Working
• Each listing includes detailed descriptions and actual photos (for used items).
• Please read each listing carefully to understand what is included.

2. Device Functionality & Data Wipe (Used Items Only)

• All used electronics are fully tested (unless listed “For Parts / Not Working”).
• Used gadgets are factory reset, data-wiped, and checked for basic functionality.
• Devices are free of any previous owner accounts (e.g., iCloud, Google) unless stated otherwise.

3. Compatibility & Activation

• Devices marked as carrier-locked or unlocked will be clearly indicated in the listing.

4. Payments

• Payments must be made through eBay’s managed payments system (includes PayPal, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, etc.).
• Prices include applicable sales tax (as required by law) and eBay fees.

5. Shipping Policy

• Orders ship within [1–3] business days after payment confirmation.
• All shipments include tracking information.
• We only ship to the address provided at checkout — no address changes after purchase..

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a return window of [14 days] for eligible items unless stated otherwise.

Restocking Fee for Buyer-Initiated Returns

If you return an item due to:

• Order placed by mistake
• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided by buyer

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Additional Notes:

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping in these cases.
• Refunds are issued after item inspection and confirmation of return eligibility.

If your item is defective, not as described, or damaged in transit:
