I have been led to believe that the tool pictured is for cutting down pins after they have joined bones together. There is no maker’s mark. There are part numbers (I guess that’s what they are) on the inside faces of both cutting arms. I believe that the handle is Chrome-Vanadium and the Cutting arms Stainless Steel. Judging by the leverage action they are for cutting (cropping) a very hard pin. Overall length is 370mm. Maximum jaw width is approximately 5mm.
