This is a used master switch removed from a 2004 Ram 1500 Standard Cab 2-door truck.  This is for trucks without a window lock button.  The Mopar part number shown is 5JZ711L5AA.  It will show dust from use.

This will fit 2002-2008 Ram 1500 2-door models and 2003-2009 Ram 2500 / 3500 2-door models.
