Does have a removal patch on the side that says, “Foss Running Camp”, so I am guessing the latter is more accurate. Pre-owned in very good condition- minor wear/marks (all shown in photos) but most of it is awesome and still super white! Pattern is really cool with the bright colors and clouds.
