• WE NOW CLEAN EVERY ITEM WE SELL! We do not use any chemicals.
The reason we clean our items before picturing is because damage hides behind patina and we do not sell damaged items! Some items can be cleaned better but at least you're not getting an item with hidden damage. Patina is someone else's dirt, plus it hides all scratches, dings and even dents! Sellers who sell items with patina know that damage will hide behind the patina. BUT here’s the catch, after the buyer receives the item and they polish the item only to find damages, it CAN’T be returned! Because the buyer has transformed the item from dirty to polished, you now have changed the face of the item and it can’t be returned! You can’t prove that you personally didn’t damage the item when you cleaned it and now you own a damaged item! Patina collects fairly quickly and especially if the item is touched a lot. There are also ways to get patina quickly onto silver if needed.
• We promise that our pieces will be BETTER THAN YOU ARE EXPECTING!!
