2 Vintage Josef Originals Flocked Christmas Teddy Bear Figurine with Poinsettia

Does have some wear on the pillow/stand/cloud where the bear is standing on, also there is a hole in each of the bear's head and I think it was for ornament ribbon or string, so I am thinking these was ornaments.
