Postage:
We combine postage for multiple orders and post worldwide. If you haven't received an invoice with combined postage, please message us.
Items over £30 will be sent tracked due to insurances purposes. Please account for this. Note that tracked international items cost £7.00-£8.00 depending on size/weight.
We can only ship to the address as listed on your invoice. Please ensure any address details are updated before you pay.
If there is any reason you need shipment to be delayed, please contact us before you pay.
International Buyers:
There may be customs duties and handling fees upon delivery, please account for this. We are unable to lie on customs forms, and require that the correct amount is declared for our own insurance purposes. If you've already paid tax upfront on eBay and get charged again, please keep the evidence and get in touch - we will see what we can do.
Payments:
Please make a payment within 5 working days of receiving an invoice. Not doing so may result in an unpaid item claim being opened and the item being relisted. Please get in touch if you know a payment will be delayed and we can work together to come to an amicable agreement wherever possible.
Queries, questions and getting in touch:
We only take items down if there is an error in the listing, or if they have been re-listed in error. This helps to ensure our bidders and repeat buyers have confidence in our auctions.

We are able deal with any questions, queries or issues between 9am-5pm GMT, Mondays-Fridays. We aim to respond within 24 hours. (If sent on a Friday, please anticipate that the query may not be answered until Monday).
Damage:
We use additional stiffeners and waterproof packaging to protect our items. Thus far, we have never had an item that has been received as damaged. However, should this happen, please keep any packaging - as well as the item - as evidence. Please also take photographs. Failure to do so may impact on our postal insurance and subsequently impact upon the eligibility of your refund.
Returns and Refunds:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please do get in touch before starting the returns or dispute process. We offer 100% money back guarantee for any items returned. Where appropriate, we are able to discuss any partial refunds to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
