This item came with my house, but since I do not have a dog, I have no use for it. When you plug in it it makes a beeping sound, but according to Google, it appears this is because it does not have a battery. I don't know if it requires a battery or where you can get one. It comes with everything you see in the pictures and nothing else.

I have no way of testing this item, but if it doesn't work, you can send it back for a full refund.
