NOS old stock from a bike shop. May have light shop wear on one side of the stem knuckle from rubbing against the box + there is a barcode which will probably require solvents or Goo Gone to remove.

Designed for clamping to 1-1/8" steerer tubes + 25.4mm handlebars.
