Heralds (Handbills) were first released in the 1910s and given out to patrons during an initial movie release in theaters.  Heralds were used in this way until the mid-1970s.  

Movie Details:  An awkward school-girl lives with her eccentric Irish-American family. One day at school, unable to find her lunch bucket, Sally says a prayer to St. Anne in hope of heavenly assistance.
